I’m currently a driver for postmates this number called me stating they were from postmates support and swindle me about of bonus money I earned told me me I was getting an additional $150 but I would have to upload the virtual card number to my account to get the additional bonus and could also see my location when I was going to pick up another order told me to cancel it so that I could get my bonus

So I was contacted by fake support for Postmates they said that the order the person had canceled it. They then asked me my information because it was coming up that I was a fake person on my own account. They had my information on file and wanted me to clarify and if I didn’t they were going to cut my Postmates and I could no longer get orders. So after they got all the information for me I went onto my Postmates account and my money had been stolen and put into another account. Now I have to go back to Postmates get a new card and start this process all over again. My advice to anybody is don’t take orders in Paterson New Jersey for under five dollars.

I just recently started Postmates delivery service. I was not aware that scammers use this platform quite often. I was called by a number the first night I was delivering. They claimed to be a Postmates representive and that they were conducting a security verification of all Postmates drivers. To my disadvantage I gave him my information through text with the assumption he would allow me to change my information for security. He did not. He deleted my bank card and added his own so he can receive my payouts from deliveries. I then tried to contact that person back and went straight to voicemail. Then I proceeded to change my information and removed his debit card from my account. I texted the number and he responded with nasty comments calling me broke and vulgar names. I looked up the number and discovered he is located in Los Angeles and has the carrier of Simple Mobile.
