The scam was sent to user's personal Yahoo email account from scammer email "[email protected]" with an invoice attached for $383.99 stating that user's Norton Life Lock PC Protection account had been renewed: "Authentication Notice for you. The Premium Protection Membership of your Life Lock PC Protection has been renewed. In case of questions, you may also reach out to us at our toll-free number (888) 378-3005."





Of course, the user does not have a Norton account and had not requested any services, estimate, etc. from Norton. It is an attempt to get the user to call or email, in order to solicit payment.
