I received several calls, ID'd as "private" from a company claiming to be PCEXPERTS24/7 (according to BBB, "out of business". Person states he needs to connect to my computer to update drivers, etc. as his company is getting messages about errors with my computer. I told him BBB says the company is out of business. "Oh, no". I asked when I contracted with this company, he said he had to look it up, took a few minutes, then came back with "January" but could not tell me how much I had paid. I told him I would check back on my credit cards to find a charge fromPCEXPERTS24/7, and if indeed I had paid for their services, I would ask for a refund. I also asked that he call from a company phone for ID purposes, did not want to take calls from private numberl. I then hung up. So far I have not found charges to my credit cards.
