I called the long distance number provided to Customer Support. I was immediately connected with a representative with a foreign speaking English accent. He requested the information I had received in the email and proceeded to inquire as to what type of electronic device I received the email. I told him it was on my laptop. He asked me if I had shared my password with anyone. I said no. He asked if I wanted to cancel the transaction and I said yes. He asked if I was using 'Chrome or Google' and I told him it was Chrome. He then asked if he could share my computer screen and I told him he was asking unnecessary and personal information and I disconnected my call with him. Thereafter, I twice called the same long distance number and each time the call was answered by foreign speaking individuals and I immediately hung up each time. That's when I contacted ScamPulse.com to request assistance on how to proceed with this matter. Thank you very much.
