person called as a customer service representative for PG&E, saying that I was delinquent in my account. Payment needed to be made immediately or service will be stopped. Payment needed to be made using money cards, checks or credit cards were not acceptable. The caller could not answer why my account was delinquent since it was paid directly by my bank account. I told the caller that I needed to purchase the money cards and call me back. I checked the PG&E website and verified my account, nothing was delinquent. The caller phoned again, I informed him that I was NOT paying anything. I later received another call saying that my power was going to be stopped, I told that person he had the wrong party and address. That last call came from New Jersy.
