I found this job posted on indeed and apply for it and I got contacted a couple days later I received a text from Michael Harris saying to proceed with an interview via the telegram app. On there I spoke with someone name Karolyn Dector. they said that I have been hired after answering a few questions and that I can proceed with the training process with someone named Anthony Watkins. he was describing to me that they would be sending me a check and I would use that check to buy supplies for my job this is when I started to question everything. they said someone would come to my house to bring my tax forms which I told them I was very uncomfortable with. They sent me paperwork to fill out through my email and when I reviewed the paperwork it consist of three pages the first page just wanting my name and address and explaining the job details the second page was more information on myself including a blank for Social Security number. The third page was a direct deposit form that didn’t even ask for an account but a Social Security number. they said they needed the paperwork ASAP. I proceeded to tell them I do not feel comfortable giving out my Social Security number and even starting any form of work until I receive the tax forms in the mail. Until then I have not been in contact with them. but I do see under the telegram app they have all my personal information in their bio which I have recently reported. I also got an email from indeed (Who I didn’t even contact about the incident) saying that the job that I applied for has been taken down because of fraud and not to have any further contact with them.
