Letter received congratulating me on being pre-qualified for a Kohl's charge. To apply it said to visit the website before 11/26/16, enter a personal offer code (listed in the letter), and complete the application. Offer is only redeemable through the website. If approved you'll receive a 25% discount offer to be used immediately on your online purchases. The offer of credit is based on my information in my credit report indicating that you meet certain criteria.

I called Kohls and they said it is not their website and they did not send out any type of these kinds of letters. Be careful of imposters!
