I already contacted the real Norton Life-Lock and confirmed that this email did NOT come from them and that this person is pretending to be them fraudulently and committing a crime. Please find out who is doing this and stop them! I have had my information stolen before when the email was more cunningly disguised. These criminals need to be held accountable.
