My daughter wanted a weighted dinosaur for Christmas. I went online and found one at mysleepingbuddy.co I purchased 2 and immediately had a bad feeling and decided to order her one from somewhere else. I went to cancel the order but there was no option to and no phone number or email address. Under contact us on their website, its just a form you fill out and it sends it off. I filled it out and said cancel my order please. Under their FAQ's section it said cancelations can be made up to 60 minutes after purchase. I never heard anything. So 2 weeks later, I notice I haven't been refunded by PayPal so I go back to their website and submit another inquiry asking where my refund was and again I received no response. So I filed a claim with PayPal. Thr very next day I received an email from the seller saying my item was just shipped that morning. I immediately responded and said I canceled my order and she responded back basically saying it was too late as she just shipped it. She told me to refuse the package and they would refund me. I recieved the package today and the dinosaurs weighed 7 ounces. Not the 2.5 pounds each they were supposed to weigh. And there was a huge incision in the belly that had been sewed back together poorly. I put them back in the bag and refused the package and sent it back. I have not received a response back from them. I figured it out. The pictures of their products online are from Target's website for their PillowFort weighed stuffed pillows. The items are exactly the same and the pictures and products in the background are the same. I speculate, they get their products from Target, cut the weighed beads out and sew it back up so that they ship them and it costs less because they don't weigh anything, then they cut communication with the buyer. I am sending over pictures. This is a classic bait and switch operation and I would love my money back. Also, if you look at the reviews on Trust Pilot, lots of people have been scammed.
