Position : Project/Program Manager I
Work location : Seattle, WA

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
Manages the SIM process for a two-ticket process (identity verification and FIPs token dispersal). Responsible for providing timely and appropriate responses to SIM requests. Resolves ticketing conflicts and prepares solution options during escalations. Tracks and maintains metrics on the SIM process; addressing issues and ensuring tickets are resolved timely to keep backlogs clear. Compiles daily and weekly status reports for DI Program team owners. Assists in FIPS token inventory, ensuring regional locations maintain proper FIPS token levels to meet employee demand. Assists in coordinating token delivery to employees. Assist in compiling daily and weekly status reports on FIPS token inventory levels.
Trained in HR procedures to conduct employee identity verification.
