My friend was contacted by this company after putting his resume on indeed. The job sounded good so he referred me to them and I emailed them. They contacted me back about 15 mins later and interviewed me via Google Hangout. I was immediately hired and they said they would be sending me a check for equipment, software, scanner and personal phone with a signing bonus. 4 days later I received a $4,090 check via FedEx. The check was written on CYH Manhattan, New York, NY account, not Gumroad's account. I was told to contact them immediately after depositing the check for further instructions. I was also told I could keep $150 of the check for a signing bonus. I took the check and info to the ScamPulse.com who looked it all over and told me it was a scam.
