Recorded message stating power disconnect emminent in 45 minutes due to unpaid utility bill, if incorrect please press 1.

Man (in a phone bank) said he was in disconnect dept stating December and January bills were unpaid. Asked my name and address, and before he could ask any other info, I mentioned I'd retreived our online payment info... Man hung up!!
