My husband got a robocall message saying our power would be turned off in 30 minutes. Sounded fishy to me but he called the number. A woman answered and was interrupted by a man. I took the phone when he wanted to walk my husband through downloading an app to pay $489.56 to “Billing Department.” I asked “Shouldn’t it say Eversource?” and he said he understood my concern and I could “Google” Jim. Like Eversource lists all their employees. Name is Robert M***** (allegedly).
