My husband received this bill. He is 100% disabled and he gets dental through the military. Military sends him to a dentist that they use. My husband has never had to pay a bill cause he is taken care of. He received this bill from delta dental and it had a number to call. When my husband called he was told delta dental was no longer in business 888-838-9737 is the second number I called when I heard someone's voice, like a man who was sleeping. We were able to realize that this bill was not valid since he is taken care of by the military.
