They had my social security, home address, and they new the account that I was sent to collections for nearly a decade back. They were high pressure telling me if I did not settle within 24 hours they would move forward with litigation for defrauding Synchrony Bank. That I would have no recourse to dispute, and I would owe the full balance of nearly $6,000 instead of the $2,000 they were willing to settle with.
