This site is uploaded on the Upwork app and states that they work for CaptivateIQ. They have a number listed there for you to contact them through WhatsApp at 559-468-7014. He states that his name is Mr. Alan, is 42 years old, and has been with Captivate IQ since July 2020. However, the number in WhatsApp is under a woman named Lindsey Brown. they recruit people to apply for their jobs on their website https://captivate-iq.herokuapp.com/captivate.iq/careers.html. In WhatsApp, Mr. Alan asks me to upload a picture of my Id front and back. I asked him if there is a website where this info can be uploaded, to avoid having my information exposed to him. He then sends me a link to this website: https://captivate-iq.herokuapp.com/captivate.iq/careers.html. They ask for full socials to conduct background checks and pictures of the driver's license front and back to confirm identity. They conduct interviews through text in whats app. they then ask for $400 dollars to purchase their items to work with them that will supposedly then be reimbursed within two business days. They ask you to send the money to [email protected]. I ask to speak to someone over the phone to confirm it is not a scam. I then get a phone call from Jason who is supposedly from CaptivateIQ who calls me from 567-703-6306 and confirms is not a scam. After saying "I am no longer interested" they virtually attack you and tell you "Ma'm we really need you, please reconsider." I then get called several times from the same number: 567-703-6306 and they then text me from this email [email protected]. Please watch out for this scammer!
