Booked a reservation a day earlier on accident. Called booking.com to change 1 day n get 120 back. The rep I was talking to canceled my whole book n told me I wouldn’t get refunded n they will be keeping the whole amount 644 amount unless I could pay for the new reservation n they would be able to give me the amount of the first reservation back. I went to Walgreens to load a gift card for the difference and he kept trying to say it won’t be approved unless I put 500 I did it 2 different times n my mother in law told me I’m being scammed. N it was a real rep my reservation was cancelled an booking customer service was the one who directed me to him I have been trying to get ahold of a new rep to talk to higher up about this situation but they’re customer service line won’t let u talk to any others reps unless u have a confirmation number. Booking.com knows wat they r doing to have this as they’re set up so no one can complain. I have filed a police report if u can help in anyway or need more details please call me at +***********
