Received phone call at on 6:19pm (est) 1/3/18. Caller stated he was calling from Blue cross blue shield and asked to verify some personal information including, name, address, DOB. He also asked about recent "back pain" which I did not have and my primary care physicians name. Unfortunately I responded to some of these questions before realizing this was a scam. After looking up the number, it seems many others have also reported this number to be a problem.
