I received a text asking if I was still interested in the driving position and to let them know ASAP. There was no company name or phone number. I asked who they were and they said they were with Trans Group and sent a link. Not thinking I went into page and answered the questions. It also had job description and type of vehicle I would be driving, pay and hours. They said they viewed my resume on Career Builder.Later after some research I found that link they sent me was same page I filled out for Career Builder but also included "Do you have a bank account?. After many text they then wanted to send me a check to be deposited into my bank account. This was for my first week of pay of 500.00and was asked to send the rest of the money by Cash app, Venmo or Zelle. I told them that I do not have any of these and I would send them the money thru Walmart. Was told that client's agent would call me. I received a check for $2,410.00 and called the bank listed on the check and was told that this was a fraudulent check. Whenever they wanted to involve me and my account this raised a very big red flag so I decided to do some research. Glad I did.
