Consumer returned call thinking she was subscribed for tech support service after a message was left. She called the number and a 'manager' made her download an app for him to be able to see/control her device (cell). Consumer realized that the call was a scam when the 'manager' instructed her to open her banking app and check if her refund had been delivered yet. Consumer hung up at that time.
