After setting up an interview, and sending me an employment letter, the HR person LeeAnn Fisher, informed me via SKYPE, that they would be sending me a laptop and funds to purchase the software.

What company doesn't own the licenses to the software needed to perform a job? Once I questioned this practice, everything went dead silent with no response.

I should have known better.

I have not yet lost anything other than time, but they did get a W4 from me.
