I went to Millenia Mall with the intention of buying a shoe from Impossible Kicks. As soon as I entered the store, I didn't receive any greeting or acknowledgment. There was an Indian manager who noticed my arrival but chose to continue using his phone, and a Spanish employee who also saw me enter. The customer service was poor, but I had no choice but to buy a gift for my son. Consequently, I ended up purchasing an Air Jordan 3 for $1500, even though its market value was $700. I was desperate to get a gift on the same day for my son. The Indian manager exhibited rude and obnoxious behavior.

After making the purchase, I discovered that the shoe was counterfeit. I confirmed this through a friend and a third-party website (Check Check). When I requested a refund, I was denied and subjected to a verbal attack by the Indian manager, who continued to yell and walked away from the situation. I intend to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback and inform the mall about the fraudulent practices of Impossible Kicks towards their customers. Additionally, I will report the unpleasant behavior of the customer service.
