I was texted this morning by a man named Harry Cooper claiming to be a financial loan officer from The Lending Club corporate. The txt msg had a phone number to call which is 415-685-5179. he had all my info so I thought he was a legit company i gave him my online banking info then I received a email from my bank and he asked for it I thought everything was good well then I received a call from his so called supervisor to verify everything that the other guy so called Harry Cooper this guys name was David didn't give me a last name put this call came from 415-888-0566 (Mill Valley california my caller Id said). well this guy pretty much said they would deposit 1000.00 in my checking acct but said something about I had to go to local pharmacy and get a green dot card to send him some money back i immediately said no Im not doing that said he was trying to scam me and t wasnt happening. I said do not call me again but they have all my information SS# Name Bank Info i think they might try and steal my identity im am going to call my bank and report this to credit bureaus. I hope you can stop these people from scamming consumers that are trying to get loans online. Wow I was scammed
