I ordered a fireplace from what appeared to be an Ashley furniture ad. Now I know it was an imposter. I paid through my PayPal account and when I clicked on "review my order" (because I wanted to see what shipping cost was) it had already taken my money. I tried to cancel several times by sending an email but have never gotten an email response.

are the 2 emails I have sent emails to and have not gotten replies. And now the Tracking # has expired and says the plane entered the port 2/22/2022 but no update since.
