Which should make you wonder what bankers they actually have connexions with ... whether such requires payment of "processing fees" as are highly unnecessary ... whether such are somewhat smaller banks with looser application standards for VISA and MasterCard products (let alone have Federal deposit-insurance protection) ... and whether it's possible that the site is "salted" with malware such as is unlikely to be caught by common antiviral programmes.
