Been in contact with this guy since February about a puppy he was selling. I reached out to him got “his” information and proceeded to process with the puppy. He gave me phone numbers for Apple Pay and then emails for Zelle payments. Never saying there was “insurance and deliver fees” that I would be asked for on top of the price for the dog but they are “refundable” once the puppy was delivered. They took multiple transactions and no dog
