I booked a lash class for 4/25 with Elana Martin online. I ask the owner the location of the class she stated her home in the Broad River area. I advised her I wasn’t aware she taught a class from her home and express due to COVID-19; I little concerned decide to cancels the class. On 4/21/2021 We had further conversation where I advised her in my haste to schedule the class I didn’t realize she taught her home. I ask the number in attendance, will she have us separated while training. She stated it would only be me and her in training. We agreed to teach the class on 4/25. On 4/22/2021 she text me stated she is canceling until after she finishes school and would refund back at the end of the next week. It’s May 3, 2021 I haven’t received any refund, her social media account is no longer available.
