We have learned that Impact Media Press has used Penguin Random House's name without authorization and has claimed to have a relationship with PRH as part of an attempt to trick aspiring authors into believing that PRH wants to publish their manuscripts. We have been informed that Impact Media Press has also sent fraudulent agreements to writers, that included PRH's name, logo, and purported signatures of PRH employees in furtherance of this scam. Penguin Random House has no affiliation or relationship with Impact Media Press and has demanded that it cease such fraudulent conduct.
