My wife did a survey, in which she was to get $50 when she completed it. She is the primary account holder on her insurance and filed it the survey. She used my PayPal account, so she could get paid. They said the primary subscriber didn't fill out the survey so they couldn't pay her. Sounds like a way to get people to fill out surveys under the false premises of getting money, when they have no intention of paying what they owe.
