I did a web search for global entry-designed to help speed known travelers through airport security. This website was designed to look just like the official one and when I clicked on it it lead to a third-party company impersonating the government department. They asked for all my information- social security number, addresses, last 7 years of employment, dob, and the list goes on. Then they got my credit card number and charged me a fee for cost of the application fee of $149 and then another $100. They also emailed me trying to get more information by asking me to log on to a website and put in a code sent to my phone.

The company never submitted my application form through the correct channels- I lost money and shared your personal information with scammers.
