My boyfriend got texted on discord about a women who was willingly able to be a sugar mommy for money. We both thought it was true and we tried it out. They sent us 2,500 dollars into my account but my account made it hold. So they sent us $400 more and told us to donate to a charity. We spent it on a charity we thought was good but they got upset that it wasn’t the one they wanted us to send in the first place. That’s what made me feel like was a bit weird so I searched up if it was a scam and in fact it was, and people have reported that the money was stolen money. The charity we sent the money too is unrefundable and they said they can send us 1,500 to do it again. Their discord name is the name I listed above, and the checks I’ve received came from california and Ohio. I still have the 2,500 still pending in my account so I have no idea how I can get rid of it while also not giving it back to them. What should I do??
