Alex Wayne called me pretending to be my computer tech company that I have a contract with. He then transferred me to Glen Owen who lied about me needing a new driver, show me a list showing that every other program on my computer was being deleted one by one and told me if I didn't give him $199.98 that very day (10/5/17 or 10/6) that everything on my computer would be gone by next day. He also deleted icons from my screen relating to my contract with my computer technicians and replaced it with his name and contact number. When my Technician (who had been out sick) called me the next week, we went through my computer and he told me it was a scam that nothing was wrong with my driver and they did not authorize a new driver or anything else AND he showed me that those documents being deleted were still there, that even if he was legit, he didn't fix the problem. Once I heard this I called ITecgeek and complained about being scammed and was told that I would get a refund. On 10/12 the very same week, the $199.98 was deducted from my checking account. No refund as yet.
