Imapcrypto.com. I signed up for a crypto account with no KYC (know your client) info asked for. I have worked with different exchanges and they work 2 basic ways. 1- KYC before you start (you cannot send or receive any currency until you are approved) or 2 - KYC for certain amounts (Eg: KYC needed for over $1000 USD). I talked with 3 people from Imapcrypto.com to complete the process, none of them went over any restrictions to the account. I sent some Etherium from one of my wallets directly to the account. They claimed I made money, so I tried to withdraw some, as a test. The site offered no options for an auto withdraw. The site claims you can send money to multiple different credit cards and interact. I tried to use any options they had on the website and none of the buttons for fiat currency worked. I put in an amount and the progress bar said "waiting for confirmation". After waiting a few days, I emailed a number of employees and they continually gave me the run around. Had multiple conversations with M**. He said they wanted ID to release the funds. I pointed out that when I signed up, no one mentioned needing ID. I reminded him that IMAPCRYPTO.COM took my money without confirming my ID. He rejected the option to send me my earnings. As a compromise I suggested they send me my original money back to my crypto wallet and they could keep the "profits". M** refused multiple times. I have kept their emails to confirm my experience.
