Received an invoice for almost $2,000 for toner, they called and talked to a receptionists and was just confirming out address. We received no toner, and when I called the number it goes to a 411 directory. Scam. Thankfully everyone listed on here had the same experience with them.

Our non-profit organization who serves the elderly and we received an invoice # 416733 in the amount of $ 1,889.50 with a W9 for Ricoh toner for the copier. Our current copier lease agreement with Ricoh includes all supplies and service. We would never order toner and this invoice was not requested or authorized. The invoice reflected a Fed Ex tracking number and when researched the tracking notes it was delivered to Dunkirk, NY (not our address). This invoice will not be paid and the Imaging Center should be shut down for deceptive practices and con artist actions.

I knew this was fake the minute I opened it. Its an invoice for toner (1759.60) and shipping (129.90). We get toner through our leasing company so I know this wasn't legit. But, attached is a W9 signed under the Certification "under penalties of perjury". They either made up an EIN or they stole it. THEY FREAKING ATTACHED A GOVERMENT FORM TO A SCAM! Wow! PLEASE don't fall for it. These guys are crooks.

Called and stated that they were from the company that services the printer with our organization and stated that they were short on toner and were sending toners before they run out. An invoice was received after charging for toners that were not delivered.

My company received an invoice from Imaging Center for four (4) Xerox Toners. The FedEx tracking number shows the package went from their office to somewhere in Franklin TN. We are in WI and only order supplies through our approved Company website. We received no toner from this company

Our facility received a call from someone saying they are sending us 3 months worth of back ordered toner for our printer... they just needed the information on the front of the machine. The non-office staff gave them the information and a few days later we get a bill in the mail for $1,889 along with a poorly filled out W-2. Tried to send a fax to the number in the "invoice" and it did not go through. Tried to call the "company" and the call never went through either.
