Company called our office on Thursday (3/18/21) stating they were going to ship our toner to us because they would be closed for the next 3 months. Our receptionist asked that they call on 3/19/21 to verify with our executive director. The company never called. Today (3/24/21) we received an invoice for ~$1,900.00 for toner. The bill is addressed to part of our company that no longer exists. The tracking number shows the shipment was sent to Vermont while we are located in Colorado. The phone number on the invoice goes to an operator and there is no record of this company at this address in Colorado. The email does work, but there is no reply. Another number that we found listed online also goes to a voicemail that is full.
