I Purchased an order through her Facebook link at her website and that was 7 months ago. Mandy Jane has blocked me and won't reply to my emails about my purchase. Biggest Scam. I Wish I had ready this first before wasting my money on this scammer website. She rebranded to ILMYLUNAJANE same person as psychic Jane. Fake.

HI, I'm one the owners of the website, actually before the change of adding another person and website to the ownership of ilmypsychicjane, the site was rebranded due to this change, however including changes of ownership, we have been changing the stock availability, I went through orders from, September, October and November and not one order was listed as not shipped received or refunded (7 months ago from 6, 7, and 8 months ago from april) no message complaints have been received either that haven't been responded to with a direct resolution. So particularly, either this review is a fraudulent review, or you need to contact the new owners (Mandy (initial creator) & Kell), all you would need to do is send an order number and email, if any order is by chance not sent within our new policy time frame we refund the buyer and ship the missing of lost product.

You can contact the website anytime under the contact forum, no one has ever been blocked from the website itself. In the past, if buyers have been sent packages, as mentioned on the post and comments here's well, and become hostile even with sent packages, delivered packages and refunds sent, we do and can block from social platforms anytime though we do try to find a familiar and easy to toggle resolution. The complaints on this forum particularly have resolutions even with the previous platform name.

Please feel free to send us a message in regards to a missing order, 7 months ago. We would be happy to find a resolution to this issue.

First let me start off by saying I have ordered from this site before and received my order with no issues and loved the candles! Because of this my friend purchased a $40 gift card from the site for me.
1. There isn’t anywhere on the site to enter the gift card number, so I sent her a message on Instagram and she allowed me to give her my gift card number and place my order via the message. This was January 5, 2021.
2. Since then I have not received a confirmation email or tracking number, I wasn’t sure if maybe she was just behind and that’s understandable, so I sent messages on Instagram, email, the website and left comments on posts inquiring on the status.
3. She deletes my comments on her posts and have ignored all messages. I’m only asking for a status, if it’s still being processed that would’ve been fine.
4. It is now March 28, 2021 and I am still being ignored. Now I fear my friend was scammed in purchasing the $40 gift card. We will be moving forward with legal action, but I am really disappointed because I was very supportive of this business.

Update: I received my package May 4, 2021. Enclosed was a letter apologizing for it being late and she included some extra goodies. It appears she had help with her orders and there was miscommunication. I’m not sure if whoever has been helping her, is also in charge of her social media, and that is who was deleting my comments on the posts. I wanted to delete this report but I don’t see where that can be done. I do hope that she talks to whoever is helping run her social media and email, because it is very alarming when you are repeatedly inquiring about an order and is being ignored. However, I appreciate that she went out of her way to rectify the issue! If I can figure out how to delete the original report, I will.

I placed an order on December 2, 2020 and have not received it. I have sent several emails and texts and calls and messages to this woman inquiring about my order. She has yet to respond to me. After contacting the post office, they informed me that a shipping label was created on February 2, 2021 but they are still waiting for the items from the seller to complete the process. I have contacted the BBB and reported her and I have reported her to the scam department on FB. I now can see I am not the only one that has been taken advantage of by this woman.

I placed an order on December 1, 2020, like all the others a label was created to shut me up product was not received until January 2, 2021. These were Christmas gifts and I had to go a second route. I have been emailing with no response since January 11, 2021 for my card to be refunded. I wish I would have read all these comments before ordering could have saved me $108.00. Buyers beware!

I worked directly with the owner and determined that there was a discrepancy between the tracking number that was sent on the email versus what was used to ship the package. Both labels were created same day within 20 minutes of each other. The owner is now aware there might be issues with the auto generated numbers and will work on getting the issue resolved to avoid any future issues.

Order placed 01/08 and received 02/01. Yes there is a delay in shipping but none the less I received all $80's worth of products ordered. Future buyers please take this post into consideration as I know personally all the negative posts can make you paranoid about your own order.

Ilmypsychicjane is a total scam. She posts everyday of her products, but yet is “too busy” to send everyone who has paid for their products their order or to reply to them when they question her about their order or fail to send the rest of their order! She even asked “what tf is wrong with me” ha, that’s definitely how you talk to people. Karma will definitely get her for this. & yes I’m the one who made the Facebook page to help spread the word of her scams!

Placed an order December 6th and it took nearly a month to receive it! Only to get half of my order. Contacted owner after finally commenting on a fb post she messages me back days later and says if I don’t receive my order by the 14th to let her know and she’ll send my order out. Well, now she’s not responding and has blocked me on Facebook! Still have yet to get my order..

im leaving an update that ive recieved my order and a full refund, i contacted this webite to help me remove my review but i only recieved an auto repsonse! im waiting a plan on removing it when i get updated on how to do so. I called USPS while waiting for my order after i got a refund and they told me they have had on going delays with shipping, ilmypsyhicjane actually shipped from MI but the shipping label says ohio, so im not sure if this means its created in one area or what, or the packages are moved from their store in ohio to MI (usps didnt say but i aSked ) but regardless, usps told me they had about a full inventry of orders , packages being delivered late to everyone and it has taken weeks to scan everyones mail in, in the location in MI -, so if you are looking for your package call the westland mi post office , they made it clear to me , also that my package was infact there! and waiting to be scanned in!, once they did so , it was only about a 3 day wait, then just like that i had my package! dissapointed in USPS service, and was very dissapointed in not hearing from ilmypsychicjane, cant imagine how many messages they have now that i know whats going on. i will be updating this too once i am able to delete my reviews.

This is somewhat helpful information. But it does not excuse the fact that they immensely lack customer service and dodge their customers at every corner. And why are they blocking customers on social media for simply trying to find out information regarding their purchase?

I supposedly am to receive a refund from square for my order placed 4 wks ago but I have lost all faith in this company to believe if that I’ll actually receive my money back.

I think we as online shoppers (during a pandemic) completely understand if there is any kind of expected delay in shipping but it’s entirely the businesses responsibility to keep that customer informed. Should I ever receive my refund I will still keep my review up for others to see that they are not alone in this.

Same thing is happening to me! Placed an order for a sage kit on 1/5/21. Received order confirmation and that’s all. It is now 1/19/21 and still no shipping date. No responses back from any of the contacts listed on the website or Instagram. Your comment on an Instagram post will be deleted for simply asking for an update on your order. This is not a legit company except in the sense that they will take your money and not provide what you paid for. I’m disgusted that these people are capitalizing off indigenous sacred herbs. They have no business selling any kind of product. Has anyone found out if there is anyway to report them? Seems to be going on for some time now.

I ordered a smudge kit in October 2019. My credit card was charged. She sent me some bogus screen shot like she’s posting on this site one time after I contacted dozens of times. I never received a tracking number or could I read the screen shot she sent. She ignores all comments and inquiries, deletes all comments in her sites. Scummy scammer don’t order from her. The karma from her appropriation will come back to her. Abusing sacred medicines is no joke. Ripping off indigenous people in more ways than one here. Trying to buy a nice gift? ilmypsychicjane is a SCAM! Don’t order anything from here. What a pitiful person it sounds like to rip off so many people who are seeking wellness and smudge to pray with. This is a scam! I placed an order for over $100 on the 28th of August, immediately got an email to say order confirmed. Never received an email to say my shipping details or it’s been posted. It’s now the 9th of November and I still HAVE NOT got my order. I’ve sent a message on her website, no reply, I’ve emailed the business email, no reply. I’ve emailed her personal email, no reply. I’ve commented on Instagram posts, no reply! There has been NO way to get in contact with her and it’s been over 3 months and no order. Please don’t waste your money. It’s such a shame because this website looks real and the fact there is an Instagram and lots of marketing makes people like myself fall for it so easily:(

I'm making a complaint that I've ordered. Multiple times and never had an issue while looking up ilmypsychicjane on Google i found this site full of false claims against a small business with the owner clearly posting tracking info updates and making it obvious the site is not a scam. Not sure why it's legal to write false reviews to try and blackmail a company but she should hire a lawyer and sue each and every negative remark.
