They have a "try it for 14 days" program, whereby if you order, they don't charge (except shipping) for 14 days, by which time you have to return the item/s or commit to keeping, and paying for, it.
When the item arrived, there were two additional items in the box that I hadn't ordered. No invoice, no prices. Anywhere. A card stated that I had 14 days to return or keep the items - if I keep them, I will be charged (unknown cost.)
I wrote and said that unsolicited merch is a gift that doesn't have to be returned or paid for. I told them I wouldn't do either, but WILL, of course, pay for the one item I ordered.
Now they're trying to convince me that I ordered one of the extras, and the other is a gift that doesn't generate a refund. I did NOT order a second item, and I don't know how much they will try to scam me for.
Damage to me is that they have my name and physical address, and my credit card number. So far, they haven't tried to charge me because it's only been 2 days since the items arrived.
