I received a debit card that looks nearly identical to my bank card. They asked me to activate the card. I'm 71 years old. And I farm for living. I have never filed for unemployment.

I received a letter from the "Illinois Employment" agency. I received a debit card with name. It has not claim number on the letter so I'm having trouble letting the authorities know about the situation. I'm concerned that they have taken my Social Security number. They claim it is from Key Bank. There is phone number for activation for the card: 8662952955
