Received a FB messenger text from a duplicated friend's account. The account used a real picture of the person and posed as this person. I was already friends with this person, but received a friend request first one week and then the text message the next week. Text read, "Hi, how are you doing?" "Have you heard the good news?" "I received 150,000 from the il department of health and human services for a grant to help youth, elderly... etc." "Do you know how to sign up?"
