On 1/2/2021 I received a letter via (US Postal Service) from IDES stating I applied for benefits on 12/20/2020 and first certification 1/04/2021 in which I never applied. I been retired since 12/31/2019 NOT unemployed needing services from IDES. I also received a debit card from Key Bank 1/2/2021 via (US Postal Service) called them to report fraud and for the card to be deactivated.
