1. The contract after arriving in Los Angeles is inconsistent with the deposit contract. The Contract has not been provided to Party B since the contract was signed. Party B fails to provide Party A with the receipt after collecting 50% of the contract price. 4. Party A not only charges 50% of the total amount, but also charges a deposit of 3,000 yuan, which is unreasonable for party A to pay more than 50%. 5. The moon meal was specified as four dishes and one soup, which was not strictly followed. There were several meals of three dishes and one soup, and one meal consisted only of steak. Therefore, Party B is not satisfied with the execution of party A's food label. 6. The confinement center provided by Party A has no clear service standard and meal standard. Party B lives with party A's family of four without prior notice and has no other pregnant women to communicate with. Party B is not suitable for the physical and mental health of pregnant women.

8. The overlord clause in the contract, "The paid amount shall not be refunded in full and the balance shall be paid off", is extremely unfair. The clause that Party A waives its responsibilities, aggravates Party B's responsibilities and excludes Party B's main rights shall be deemed invalid.

9. Party A USES Party B to advertise, blocks Party B's circle of friends, and advertises Party B without party A's consent and without Party A's complete knowledge.
