I ordered two customized sweatshirts. I paid for expedited shipping. I ordered in February 3rd. Today is March 15th and I have yet to receive the products. They have sent me two tracking numbers and neither tracking number has shown any movement. They email me back giving me the run around and have not refunded me at all.

They are on TikTok. They used a fake tracking number through an app called track.
