Company purports to schedule "double-confirmed" and qualified appointments (age, type and size of prospective business) using telephone scripts customized with my professional and business qualifications. Company further purports to provide the number of appointments each week that I request and during my specified time slots. Subsequent to my payment of $3,500 the service provided was unprofessional in every respect, high pressure, evasive, contradictory, and it did not satisfy the terms of our contract. I demanded refund of my payment but have received none to date.

IIES Inc. promised to set 6 appointments per week for a total of 80 appointments to a financial advisors for a payment of $3,500. They set 10 appointments, but none of these individuals knew anything about an appointment when I went to meet with them. I was contact by Rhonda Wood, cell number 310-384-2524 (believe this to be an alias, real name possibly either Lori Lerman or Patti Berauer). Contacted by Alex Shear, said he was with call center, cell number 917-701-1831. Asked for references, given name of David Pearl in Maryland, cell number 410-622-2738 (Also believe to be an alias).
