Caller identified himself as "Mike" (with a Middle-Eastern accent), saying that he is calling about my computer.

I asked him for his phone number, which he gave as 346-216-5159. Then, I asked who was he representing, to which the caller said "Igyaani Technologies". I told him that I would be contacting the "ScamPulse.com" and "Consumer Affairs", and asking him to "go on, continue..." -- With that, caller immediately hung up.

Conversation ended.

I was contacted about "error messages" from Microsoft and told I needed this protection for my computer. Because I didn't know any better I allowed access to my computer...and consequently all my personal information.
