I did not receive a product. I placed an order about 2-3 weeks ago and received a confirmation email. When I went to check the order status nothing comes up and the emails no longer receives emails. I tried to contact them with all the contact information and none of it works.

IGUWES website. Google searched internet router product. This came up as lower price than most. Usually cautious of prices this low, but site seemed pretty legit. Never charged from credit card transaction after 5 days, and received confirmation email on order and everything. No phone answer or email answer… only has answering machine. No way to cancel order. Notified my credit card company, but no way to dispute charge not posted. May get a new account number soon.
