This company is very dishonest you have to watch for all their hidden add-on fees something that they never tell you about doing your conversation with them over the phone. I had a problem on the first day with this device I blew into it and failed the company tried to charge me $75 to reset the device that only took them less than 1 second with the click of a mouse. You have to sign up for automatic payment they charge your bank account without your knowledge you go to pay your bill and you have all these hidden charges this company needs to be edited and audited because they are taking advantage of people who are in recovery and are trying to get their driver's license back I have 14 years clean and this device said that I blew a 0.24 that's super drunk something needs to be done about these companies taking advantage of people especially this company in particular they customer service is very very poor and rude I'm asking that they be investigated in audited I am willing to go to the media concerning this problem to help all of us that are in recovery get treated fairly by these ripoff companies. You should not have any hidden fees that does not relate to the use of alcohol and blowing and alcohol content into a device anything else is just added on fees for them to get rich and to take advantage of you as a consumer
