I ordered chair off of a Facebook add on December 30th 2020. I received email confirmation and even tracked the package multiple times. The company stopped responding with delivery date or instructions. By beginning of March I notified my cc company to cancel purchase. On March 15th they charged my card again forcing me to provide all email along with tracking information that was provided to the fraud department.

Just give me the chair or my money back.

There was an ad for gaming chair on Instagram. Took me to a site. Bought gaming chair for 89$ (now it is $99). They sent package a month ago but once it entered the US it got held up for a week in Nevada. During this week I did more digging and found (from the Chinese carrier site) that the package was only 2 pounds. Kept digging and found reviews about gaming chairs from other sites that sent people iPhone camera stands in place of the chair. That is what they did to me. I filled out their contact form 2 times and have not received any contact back.
