Scammed me and can't cancel auto subscription fees

I tried to cancel the payment and delete my account, but it directed me to a link and ask me to call and provide them with an account number stated on the screen after I clicked to continue cancel the subscription. I seem like don’t want to allow me to cancel it and trying to force me to pay for another $20++ for monthly auto subscription.
