I ordered an “orb” from this company on 11/14/21 and I have yet to hear anything. (confirmation of order, shipping, etc.) today is 12/7/21. This is so upsetting. Especially seeing other customers comment on how the same thing has happened to them despite reaching out multiple times to the company.
