The ad appeared in my Facebook feed, the shoes and prices looked good, so I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, on 7th Sep 2023. I received one email saying “you have successfully subscribed KEEN” and one saying “KEEN order confirmed”. I was given an order number, and there were 2 links on the emails, “Visit our store” and “check order details” Both links led to a page with the message “ SORRY,THE SHOP YOU ARE LOOKING IS CLOSED RIGHT NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” The contact email given, [email protected], did not reply to two follow up messages from me. It is now 12th Oct and I assume I have been scammed.
